How to remove an installed printer on windows 10

If you no longer use a printer, you can delete it from your list of printers.

Windows 

  1. Open Control Panel and select Devices and Printers.
  2. Select the printer and select Remove device.

Mac 

  1. Select Apple menu System Preferences…, then select Printers & Scanners.
  2. Select the printer and select Delete.
